How do I place an order? TOP
Once you find an item that youre interested in purchasing, click on the buy tab, you will automatically be taken to your shopping cart. If you want to shop m ore, click on the "continue shopping" button...if you are done, enter your details in the correct boxes...and follow the instructions. If you have a coupon code, be sure to use it at this time for any discounts. If you should encounter any problems, please contact me, and I will do my best to assist you. How can I pay for my order? TOP
We accept most forms of payment through the paypal system. Its safe and secure, and we never see your private information. When will my package be shipped? TOP
Items will be prepared for shipping after payment has been cleared. Most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If we are working on a custom made item for you, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipping, though depending on current orders, and the project, it may take longer.(This would be discussed beforehand to prevent any confusion.) We do not ship items over the weekend or on Holidays.
How will my package be shipped? TOP
At this time, we are using USPS Priority mail, with delivery confirmation.However, If you are ordering Hairbows and Clips ONLY, please enter the following discount code during checkout....and hit "recalculate". A portion of the shipping will be discounted to you at that time.

Do you ship internationally? TOP
Sorry, but we do not ship Internationally at this time. Custom Made/Made to order TOP
*A note about "Custom made" and "Made to order" items. These items are not processed until payment has been made, and cleared. Once this is done, your item is created in the order received. Please expect a 2-3 week turnaround time for these items(thought it may be sooner),especially during busy times, such as Holidays, and seasonal sales. If there is to be any other delays, I will personally email you, or you may certainly email us with any questions that you may have.
*Also, because these items are being made specifically for you, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges accepted on them.

We will do our best to make sure your item(s) are well-packaged and sent safely on its way, however we cannot be responsible for items once they have left our premises (ie...theft, loss by carrier,etc). You may want to consider adding insurance to your order. If you choose to do so, you can click on the "optional Insurance" link for more info.
Since many of our products are handmade, We accept returns ONLY on items that arrived defective from our own mistake, or items that are grossly misrepresented by us. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, so that we are aware of the issue. We will not accept any items that have been used, or opened from its packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to the nature of these products, All sales are final on any Diaper Creations, and any Custom Made items. How can I add insurance? TOP
There is a small fee for insurance. You can add insurance to your order by clicking on the "Optional Insurance" link. There, you will be able to choose the amount based on your purchase amount. If you should need any assistance with this, please send an email. I'm looking for other products. What else do you sell? TOP
I would like to take a moment to respond to a couple of inquiries about our products. Currently, many of the products sold here are handmade or custom made,Either at the time of order, or some are prepared beforehand. Our products are not mass produced,and are lovingly made from our own hands. Many of our tutu and pettiskirt designs can be remade for you....as well as some of our other items. You can also request a design/color of your choice in our design your own tutu and pettiskirt section. In an effort to bring more options to those that are requesting more, we are adding a few "extra" items that are not made by us. If you would just like to purchase something else entirely...please contact us, we may have it, or know where you can get it.

*A Note about our tutus:
We make these tutus one at a time, with our own hands,and lots of love. Our tulle is is super soft,flame retardant, lead free, and is made in the USA. For safety reasons,We do not recommend embellishments for ages under 3. If you choose to purchase embellishments for your tutu,Kutie Kadoo cannot be responsible for any damages that may incur.
